Ana Candida Sammarco undertook an LL.M. from the University of Miami, completed an extension program in business negotiation at Harvard Law School and specializes in regulatory matters related to the life sciences and health sectors. Arthur Gonzalez Cronemberger Parente earned an LL.M. from Columbia Law School and actively represents clients in pre-litigation negotiations as well as litigation and arbitration mandates. Eduardo Marques Souza holds an LL.M. from the University of Chicago and routinely provides counsel to national and international companies, private equity funds and institutional investors on corporate law.
Larissa de Oliveira Arruy has a specialization degree in business administration from Fundação Getúlio Vargas - São Paulo (FGV-SP) and is known for her expertise in matters concerning the financial and capital markets. She notably served as Regional Compliance Manager at Goldman Sachs Brasil for almost four years. Juliana Gomes Ramalho Monteiro holds an LL.M. from Columbia Law School, previously worked as a foreign associate at Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton in New York and is responsible for the charities, social investment and human rights areas of the firm. Manoela de Barros Pimentel undertook an LL.M. at New York University and frequently advises on corporate law including M&A and corporate governance issues.
Michelle Marques Machado earned an LL.M. from Harvard Law School and has over a decade of experience handling antitrust and compliance mandates. Nicole Najjar Prado de Oliveira holds a Master’s in tax law from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP) and plays a significant role in the firm’s private wealth management practice. Tatiana Morais Penido holds an LL.M. in international tax law from Universiteit Leiden, has completed an extension course in private international law at the Hague Academy of International Law and specializes in the tax aspects of financial and capital markets transactions.
