BSA - Studio Legale Associato has been established as a new boutique law firm specialising in administrative law. The firm was founded by Maria Alessandra Bazzani, together with Tommaso Sacconaghi and Francesca Colombo. The move marks Bazzani's departure from Ammlex – Amministrativisti Associati, a firm she previously co-founded in 2008.

The new entity is designed to address the latest market challenges and the evolution of the legal profession by offering highly specialised services across all primary branches of administrative law. The team at BSA also includes Sara Giampaoli, Francesco Naccari Milana, and Riccardo Villa, all of whom bring extensive experience from years of collaboration on complex public law matters.

The foundation of BSA arises from the desire, shared with my partners, to recover with renewed momentum and in step with the times the project that in 2008 led me to found Ammlex, following a long experience in international firms. (Maria Alessandra Bazzani, founding partner of BSA)

With this new launch, the founding partners aim to combine their consolidated track record with a modern approach to strategic litigation and public sector consultancy.
