Liebenau Acquires Two Nursing Homes in Piedmont from emeis Group

Liebenau Impresa sociale S.r.l., a company controlled by Stiftung Liebenau, a German foundation with over 150 years of experience in the social services sector, with the support of Punto Service and AGF S.r.l., companies active in personal care services primarily dedicated to the elderly, has completed the acquisition of two nursing homes (RSA) in Piedmont, through the purchase of the share capital of Solidarietas S.r.l., from emeis Italia S.p.A., a company belonging to the French emeis group, a global player in social and healthcare assistance and in the development of high-comfort residential facilities for the care and accommodation of elderly and non-self-sufficient individuals.

The transaction was supported by financing granted by Banco BPM.

Avens Milano assisted emeis Italia S.p.A. with a team led by lawyer Luca Membretti.

Alisea Corporate Finance coordinated the buyer’s M&A activities with Franck Bensa and Chiara Callegaro, while Priscus Italia, with Cecile André and Olivier Metro, coordinated those of the seller.
