Latham & Watkins appoints its new London managing partner
In the City, the new managing partner of the firm is the finance expert Jayanthi Sadanandan.

In 2014 she provided support to Onex, expert in private equity, in the acquisition of the Swiss packaging firm SIG Combibloc and to Goldman Sachs on the financing of the acquisition of Kerneos, the industrial equipment supplier, by the investment bank Astorg. Previously at White & Case, she has been with Latham & Watkins since 2010. She was appointed vice managing partner in 2013.
With Catherine Drinnan as vice managing partner, Jayanthi Sadanandan leads a team of seventy-four partners and one hundred and forty-five collaborators.
