Kryalos Sgr has completed the sale of a real estate complex located in Rome’s historic centre, between Via del Tritone and Via dei Due Macelli. The transaction was carried out on behalf of the Due Fondo Portafoglio fund and involved three late-19th-century historic buildings — Palazzo Chauvet, the building on Via del Tritone and Casamento Ruspoli — comprising a total of 6,300 square metres and 14 units.

The disposal was executed through a split-sale strategy aimed at maximising the asset’s value, combining core and value-add objectives. Over the years, the property had been repositioned to meet modern standards of efficiency and flexibility.

Studio Legale Villani, with lawyer Paolo Villani, advised Kryalos on all legal and contractual aspects of the sale.

FIVERS Studio Legale e Tributario assisted Kryalos with the tax aspects of the transaction, with a team led by managing partner Francesco Mantegazza, supported by partner Andrea Brambilla and junior associate Rosanna Belloni.

Piave S.L.C. advised the buyers on the legal and contractual aspects of the transaction, with lawyer Enzo Morabito.
