KGAL investment fund acquires majority stake in SEO Holding

SEO Holding is the owner, through a special corporate vehicle, of four projects for the construction of BESS energy storage systems in Italy for a capacity of around 1.1 GW.

Green Horse Legal Advisory team advised KGAL on all the legal aspects of the transaction, including due diligence and the structuring and negotiation of the entire contractual set related to the acquisition.
