Joseph Francesco G. Brigandì joins Andersen Italia as partner, consolidating the firm's platform in administrative, public and regulatory law. With a career spanning over twenty years, Brigandì advises public administrations and leading private operators across all major areas of public law, including public procurement and concessions, public-private partnerships (PPP), urban planning, local public services, administrative litigation and public finance. He has also developed significant experience in arbitration and proceedings before Italy's superior courts, with consolidated exposure to EU law and supranational procedures.
Throughout his career, Brigandì has held positions of increasing responsibility and combined strong technical specialisation with a deep understanding of institutional and regulatory dynamics. He is President of SOLOM since 2019, a member of the Administrative Justice Commission of the Ordine degli Avvocati di Milano, and within UNAA serves as National Delegate for Lombardy and Coordinator of the Conference of Presidents.
With Joseph's arrival, we confirm our commitment to offering high-level assistance in the main areas of law, enhancing specialist expertise and an integrated vision of client needs. (Andrea De Vecchi, CEO, Andersen Italia and co-Managing Partner for Europe, Andersen Global)
His expertise in relations with public administrations, complex proceedings and regulatory matters adds depth and analytical capacity to a practice that today requires vision, agility and solid technical skills. (Francesco Inturri, Head of Legal, Andersen Italia)
Making available to clients a technical, strategic and multidisciplinary approach in a key area such as public law is my priority. Andersen offers the ideal global platform to advance advisory services in the administrative and regulatory sector, a decisive area for the success of businesses and their dialogue with institutions. (Joseph F. Brigandì)
