Invesco Sells “Garage Traversi”

Invesco Real Estate has sold the “Garage Traversi” to a Private Family Office. The prestigious retail and office property is located at Via Bagutta 2, in Milan’s exclusive “Quadrilatero della Moda” district. The sale follows a redevelopment process that has transformed the property into a space that blends prestigious historical features with modern technical characteristics, now hosting top luxury operators.

Bertacco Recla & Partners assisted Invesco Real Estate in the transaction, with a multidisciplinary team led by partner Francesca Tresoldi and associate Francesca De Benedittis (civil law), as well as partner Francesco Rovetta and senior associate Silvia Marcelli (administrative law).

For tax matters, Invesco Real Estate was advised by STS Deloitte, with a team led by partner Francesco Saltarelli, supported by director Francesco Trivisano.

The buyer was assisted by Vellecco & Associati, acting as transaction counsel with a team led by managing partner Mario Vellecco, alongside partner Mario Scotto and associate Fabrizio Puca, also overseeing tax aspects.

Notarial and legal due diligence for the transaction on the buyer’s side was handled by Studio Notarile Capuano, with a team led by Notary Ludovico Maria Capuano and lawyer Giusy D’Avino. Meanwhile, technical aspects were overseen by Gruppo Yard Reaas.
