Gómez-Acebo & Pombo hires Jaime Díaz de Bustamante from Ontier

Also making the move from Ontier to Gómez-Acebo & Pombo are associates Juan Vera and Jaime Hornillos.

Díaz de Bustamante had been with Ontier for five years. Prior to that he was a partner at Ramón y Cajal Abogados and a senior associate at Clifford Chance.

Díaz de Bustamante, who specialises in real estate and planning, has expertise in the acquisition and divestment of property assets, leases, surface rights , sale and leaseback, financing real estate and project finance, construction, hotel acquisitions,  shopping centre/mall leases and real estate taxation.
