Gaston-Schul acquires Parodi Forwarding in Genoa customs and international freight sector

Gaston-Schul International BV, a company specialising in customs services, trade compliance and international trade solutions with a consolidated European presence, has acquired Parodi Forwarding Srl, a historic Genoese company active in customs services and international freight forwarding.

The transaction enables Gaston-Schul to strengthen its presence in the Italian market by integrating the know-how and experience of an established operator in customs and international freight services. The acquisition is part of the group's broader European growth strategy, aimed at expanding its customs and trade compliance service offering and consolidating its presence in key international logistics hubs.

Gaston-Schul was assisted by Studio Legale Mordiglia, with Marco Lenti and Nicola Nardi handling all aspects of transport law, customs law and employment law, and by De Berti Jacchia, with Claudio Corba Colombo, Benedetta Mazzotti and Vittoria Vezzoli handling corporate M&A matters.

The sellers were assisted by Studio Picco of Genoa.
