FRIK MAXEINER – a new German labor law boutique in Stuttgart

In addition to traditional areas of consultation - such as employee terminations, restructuring, and general issues and disputes related to co-determination law - FRIK MAXEINER Attorneys offers extensive experience at the intersection of labor law and IT law.
Dr. Roman Frik, formerly a partner at the IT law boutique Vogel & Partner in Stuttgart, has an international network through which French corporations in particular seek him out.
The firm’s co-founder is Julian Maxeiner, who, like Dr. Roman Frik, previously worked at Vogel & Partner. He advises companies on all matters of individual and collective labor law and is known for providing strategic advice with a clear focus on practical solutions for businesses. Dorothée Züfle is also joining FRIK MAXEINER from Vogel & Partner to strengthen the team.
FRIK MAXEINER’s clients come primarily from the automotive industry, mechanical engineering, metal processing, the financial services sector, the construction sector, and the IT industry. The firm’s primary focus is on southwestern Germany, with its headquarters in Stuttgart, and consultation in English and French for international projects
FRIK MAXEINER exclusively advises employers. The new practice is 100% digital. Meetings take place almost exclusively online. Court appearances are conducted via video conference whenever possible. The use of digital databases and AI tools is standard. Nevertheless, clients have their own personal point of contact, who in some cases has been advising them for many years.
