Euricom Group acquires 100% of French ready-meal specialist Ebly

Euricom Group, a global leader in the marketing and production of rice and rice-based products, has completed the acquisition of 100% of the share capital of Ebly S.A.S. The French company owns the largest production facility in the European Union for rice-based ready meals.

The transaction enables Euricom to strengthen its industrial footprint within the European food sector and expand its portfolio in the high-growth segment of convenience products and ready-to-eat meals.
Deloitte Legal provided legal assistance to Euricom Group throughout the transaction. The firm’s team was led by of counsel Veronica Ferro, supported by senior associate Ludovico Dezio and associate Camilla Messina.
