Enrico Castellani joins BonelliErede as Of Counsel in the Litigation & Dispute Resolution practice

BonelliErede announces the addition of Enrico Castellani to its Milan office as Of Counsel. Castellani brings extensive experience in managing court and arbitration proceedings, with deep expertise in the banking & finance sector and a particular focus on issues related to corporate crisis and complex disputes. Throughout his career, he has advised leading Italian and international financial institutions, private equity funds, and major industrial groups. In the past, he has also been involved – alongside criminal lawyers – in White Collar Crime matters, particularly in cases concerning market abuse.

Before joining BonelliErede, Enrico Castellani was a founding partner of Freshfields’ Italian offices (1997), where he established and developed the Dispute Resolution/Arbitration and Structured Finance practices, serving as the responsible partner. Previously, he gained experience in the legal department of BCI (now Intesa Sanpaolo) and in other Italian law firms.
