DLA Piper Strengthens Presence in Chile by Adding a New Partner

Macarena joins the firm from Alessandri Abogados, where she spent eight years and reached the position of partner.

She focuses her practice on data privacy (Habeas Data), cybersecurity, technology, intellectual property, e-commerce, consumer law and compliance, and she is currently the president of Chile’s digital marketing and data association (AMDD).

She is also an advisor to the American Chamber of Commerce in Chile.

Macarena holds a JD from the Universidad Gabriela Mistral.

“After eight years at Alessandri Abogados, I have decided to take on a new professional challenge and I would like to thank everyone at Alessandri for these wonderful years,” Macarena said.
