Guidoio, a start-up aiming to digitalize access to the driving license, announced the closing of a €3.5 million seed round. The round was led by 360 Capital Partners S.A.S., with the participation of Azimut Libera Impresa SGR S.p.A.
The capital raised will be allocated to three strategic areas: growth development, product enhancement, and team expansion.
Founded in 2023 by Lorenzo Mannari and supported by Giuseppe Cavallaro, Guidoio was created with the goal of revolutionizing the process of obtaining a category B driving license, making the experience simpler, clearer, and more accessible.
To date, the company is active in Milan and Varese, Monza, Turin, and Bologna, but aims to expand its driving school model to over 30 cities by the end of 2026.
Gianni & Origoni assisted Guidoio with a team composed of partners Rodrigo Boccioletti and Emanuele Grippo, supported by counsel Edoardo Brillante and senior associate Federico Montinaro.
In the context of the transaction, 360 Capital was assisted, with regard to venture capital and corporate law aspects, by BonelliErede, with a team led by partner Giulia Bianchi Frangipane, managing associate Enrico Goitre, and associates Benedetta Duca and Andrea Pucci.
Notarial activities were entrusted to notary Federico Mottola Lucano of ZNR Notai.
