Dentons boosts in CEE by taking over White & Case’s Budapest office

Definitely in a momentum of international expansion, Dentons boosts its Central & Eastern European (CEE) operations by adding a 30-strong team from White & Case.
The office of White & Case in Budapest will join Dentons in early May, making it one of the largest international firms in Hungary. This 30-strong legal team includes partners Rob Irving, Edward Keller and István Réczicza, sure to strengthen Dentons’ offering in corporate M&A, private equity, TMT and dispute resolution.
Dentons experienced aggressive growth in the CEE region last year: Perry Zizzi (former Clifford Chance partner) joined its branch in Romania, Adam Mycyk (former Chadbourne & Parke co-Managing Partner) arrived at its Ukrainian office, and Jiri Tomola and Richard Singer (respectively former White & Case partner and Chief Operating Officer for Central & Eastern Europe and EMEA Director of Strategic Projects) came to its Prague office.
Asia, North America and Europe, Dentons seems to be drawing a new global map. Don’t be surprised to hear of this ambitious firm’s move in Latin America or Africa next time. Who knows?
