Delfino e Associati Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP has announced that Luca Rapetti Castiglione has joined the firm as Of Counsel. Luca will work in the firm’s M&A and Private Equity team.

Mr. Rapetti Castiglione has worked in leading Italian and international law firms and advised Italian and international clients on both domestic and cross-border transactions, developing an expertise in the Insurtech/fintech, IT and TMT fields.

Mr. Rapetti Castiglione’s experience also includes corporate advisory matters, corporate governance and corporate litigation, including in support of supervisory authorities.
