Crowe strengthens its tax practice in Madrid with Jaime Peiro

Crowe strengthens its tax practice with the appointment of Jaime Peiró as its new partner. Joining his team are Daniel Mariño Gorosabel and Celia de Vega Pérez.

Crowe Legal and Tax, with a team of over 450 professionals in the Spanish market and revenues exceeding 42 million euros, has appointed Jaime Peiró, former tax partner at Ontier, as its new tax partner.

With over 20 years of experience in tax advisory, Jaime Peiró, former tax partner at Ontier, and with a career developed at leading firms such as KPMG, EY, and Cuatrecasas, is an expert in international taxation and M&A tax. He specializes in cross-border tax structuring for Spanish and multinational groups, advising on financing, integration, restructuring, and tax-efficient strategies. He also focuses on tax incentives, family businesses, and the real estate sector.

Peiró holds degrees in Law and Business Administration from the Pontifical University of Comillas (Icade E-3) and an LLM from the Center for Financial Studies (CEF). He collaborates with various institutions in specialized publications, seminars, and conferences on both tax and economic matters, and is also a professor of taxation at IE University and the University of Navarra.

Two professionals from Ontier, Daniel Mariño Gorosabel and Celia de Vega Pérez, are also joining his team. Both professionals have extensive experience in tax structuring of M&A transactions, due diligence, corporate reorganizations, tax procedures, and real estate taxation, among other areas.
