CRCCD strengthens its Restructuring & Insolvency practice with the arrival of Nino Lombardo

Cappelli Riolo Calderaro Crisostomo Del Din & Partners (CRCCD) announces the arrival of Nino Lombardo.

With solid experience in the banking and financial sectors and a particular focus on restructuring – an area in which he has received several awards – Nino Lombardo will join the firm’s five other senior partners as a senior partner. He will contribute to the strategic growth and strengthening of the firm in these areas, both in Italy and internationally.

Nino Lombardo brings a long-standing career advising leading banks, financial institutions, and investment funds, regularly assisting them in banking transactions, corporate lending, debt restructuring, and distressed M&A.

Since 2010 at DLA Piper, where he held the role of Senior Partner, Nino Lombardo helped develop the restructuring practice, which remains one of the most active and structured in the Italian and international markets.
