Coopeuch restructures $1 billion bond program

Coopeuch, a Chilean financial services provider that offers loans and savings as a cooperative, has restructured a $1 billion global bond issuance program.
USB Investment Bank acted as arranger of the restructuring.
USB was advised by Chilean law firm Carey, with a team led by partners Diego Peralta and Manuel José Garcés, and also comprising partners Fernando Noriega, with associates Francisco Torm and Francisco Jiménez.
Law firm Linklaters acted as English counsel to USB, with a team led by associate Jasper Holt, and Mayer Brown acted as counsel to Coopeuch, with a team led by partner Peter Pears.
