Cofactor acquires SI.net to launch Italian IT services platform

Cofactor, an IT services buy-and-build platform focused on the Italian market and backed by the fund Strada Partners, has acquired SI.net. SI.net is an IT services company with a strong presence in Northern Italy and national coverage. The transaction marks the official start of Cofactor’s activities and represents the second investment supported by Strada Partners’ Fund II.

Cofactor is the second Italian platform established by Strada Partners through its LV8 programme, which is designed to identify, support, and enhance high-level operators for the acquisition and development of quality businesses across Europe.

LMCR provided legal assistance to Cofactor with a team led by partner Elmar Zwick and including Elisabetta Pero and Giorgio Orlandini.

Biscozzi Nobili & Partners assisted the sellers regarding the legal aspects of the operation. The team was led by partner Giancarlo Cortese and included lawyers Edoardo Mörlin Visconti Castiglione and Ludovica Nizza.
