BIP Law and Tax launches the firm’s Innovation Hub: xTAX

BIP Law and Tax has launched xTax, the firm’s new division dedicated to highly technological and innovative tax services, with the goal of radically changing the traditional consulting paradigm, guiding companies in the digital transformation of Tax and Legal functions and in the adoption of solutions that effectively integrate tax incentives and risk management.

xTax is conceived as an integral part of the BIP competence network, with the ambition to combine the solidity of the technological offering and the concrete experience in the development of digital and AI solutions of BIP.xTech – BIP’s practice operating in Data & AI, Cloud, Coding, RPA, Networking, and Emerging Technologies – with the consolidated know-how of tax professionals. The service portfolio will cover, in particular, the areas of Tax Technology & Transformation, Tax Transparency, and Tax Incentives & Grants.

Leading the initiative is Antonino De Benedictis, equity partner at BIP Law and Tax, who has extensive global experience in Tax Technology, gained at EY, where he served as Partner responsible for Client Technology, Data & AI for Tax.

Joining BIP Law and Tax alongside De Benedictis is Carlo Maria Andò, as equity partner in charge of the Tax Transparency, Incentives & Grants offering. Andò brings with him longstanding experience in full-scale tax management for large clients.
