Argentina’s BVS enters Peruvian market with acquisition of Adexus Perú

Argentina’s BVS Conocimiento & Tecnología (BVS) has acquired all the shares of Adexus Perú, a company that provides technology and cybersecurity solutions.

By virtue of this transaction, BVS acquired all of the shares owned by the shareholders of Adexus Perú and the exclusive licenses to use the trademarks registered in the name of Adexus in Peru.

Founded in 2003, BVS designs and integrates projects within the framework that generates the digital convergence in the different industries. It has alliances with strategic partners, world leaders in design, manufacturing, research, marketing and technology services. It also provides infrastructure solutions, high quality services and communications in several countries in the Americas and Europe.

Martinot Abogados advised BVS in the legal aspects related to the acquisition of 100% of the shares issued by Adexus Perú, with a team led by partner Fernando Martinot Oliart, with senior associates Natalie Bosshard Vizcarra and Karla Paz Barreda.

Picón Abogados assisted BVS in the tax aspects of the acquisition with a team comprising partners Oscar Picón and Roxana Terrones.

Adexus was advised in Peru by García Sayán Abogados, with a team comprising partners Luis Gastañeta Alayza and Alfonso Tola Rojas, and in Chile by Carey, with a team led by partner Ricardo Reveco.
