APOYO Consultoría Announces New Management in Corporate Finance Practice

Mauricio Concha Zegarra, who currently serves as Senior Vice President of APOYO Finanzas Corporativas, has over 15 years of experience in the corporate finance sector, with a proven track record of excellence in financial advisory, mergers and acquisitions (M&A), financial restructuring, capital raising, and debt management.
He has led more than 150 transactions across multiple industries, supporting both local and international clients.
“Mauricio brings the experience and strategic vision needed to drive the continued growth of APOYO Consultoría’s corporate finance practice,” the consultancy stated.
He earned an MBA from Harvard Business School, holds a financial risk manager certification from the Global Association of Risk Professionals, and has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Universidad del Pacífico.
Prior to joining the firm, he worked in New York and London at Credit Suisse, collaborating with some of the largest banking groups, insurers, private equity firms, and fintech companies across Latin America, the U.S., and Europe.

Mauricio Concha Zegarra will succeed Eduardo Campos, who will continue to contribute his expertise in corporate finance from his new role as managing partner of the firm.
