Ambromobiliare S.p.A., a financial advisory firm listed on the Euronext Growth Milan market, has obtained formal authorisation from the Bank of Italy to acquire controlling interests in 4AIM Sicaf S.p.A. and MIT SIM S.p.A. The regulatory approval, granted on 31 March 2026 in accordance with Article 15 of Legislative Decree 58/1998, clears the way for the strategic integration of these financial entities.

The combined operations are designed to enhance the service offering for businesses accessing or currently listed on Italian capital markets.
