Amaral Lewandowski Advogados unveils new compliance partner

In early July, distinguished São Paulo-based law firm Amaral Lewandowski Advogados announced the arrival of a new compliance, ethics and ESG partner, seasoned attorney Diana Braga Nascimento Toscani.

Ms. Toscani holds over 15 years of experience in the legal market, having previously worked for notable national and international law fims, such as BNZ Advogados, Lefosse Advogados, Trench, Rossi e Watanabe and Linklaters. Academically, she holds a Bachelor of Laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), an LL.M. degree from Insper, a Master’s in Business Law and a postgraduate degree in Tax and Corporate Structures from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).

She specializes in drafting tailor-made compliance programs in accordance with legislations such as LGPD, FCPA, UK Bribery Act and GDPR, as well as ESG criteria.
