3C Law opens its doors in São Paulo

Leonardo Corrêa, Luiz Fernando Ract Camps and Mário Conforti gather to establish a new dispute resolution boutique, 3C LAW.

In late March, distinguished attorneys Leonardo Corrêa, Luiz Fernando Ract Camps and Mário Conforti announced the launch of their new dispute resolution boutique, 3C LAW | Corrêa, Camps & Conforti Advogados.

The recently launched firm will focus its practice on litigation and arbitration matters related to contracts, corporate and consumer law, insurance, competition, public biddings and contracts with public bodies issues, in addition to offering a wide range of compliance services, such as reviewing policies, risk assessments, implementation of programs and legal training.

3CLAW proposes innovative solutions to its client’s challenges - which includes assessing digital transformation, instant globalization and ESG policies matters - through the deep understanding of their businesses. The firm is well-equipped to analyze commercial contracts, handle negotiations, litigation and arbitration proceedings, as well as strategic planning matters from a distinguished dispute resolution perspective.

The partners

Leonardo Corrêa holds over two decades of experience in the dispute resolution, contracts, data privacy and compliance markets, having previously worked for Machado Meyer Advogados, Brandão Couto, Wigderowitz & Pessoa – Advogados, the Merck Group and PVS Advogados before founding 3C Law. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Laws from Pontifícia Universidade Católica do Rio de Janeiro (PUCRJ) and an LL.M. in Law from University of Pennsylvania (USA).

Luiz Fernando Ract Camps has previously worked for Machado Meyer Advogados, HSBC, Itaú, SulAmerica, the United Health Group, PVS Advogados and Farmandala Comércio, in addition to having founded DOASA LLC before launching 3C Law, counting with more than 25 years of experience in the legal market. Academically, he holds an LL.M. in International Law from University of Miami (USA), an MBA from Fundação Dom Cabral and a Post MBA in Marketing, Finance, Negotiation and HR from the Northwestern University (USA).

Mário Conforti has almost 15 years of experience in the dispute resolution market, having previously worked for Tauny, Sampaio & Rocha Advogados, Brandão Couto, Wigderowitz & Pessoa Advogados and Marcos Martin Advogados before entering his new challenge founding 3C Law. Academically, he holds a Bachelor of Laws from Universidade Candido Mendes and a postgraduate degree in Corporate Law from Fundação Getulio Vargas (FGV).
