The Argentinean company issued $135 Million in Securities

On April 28th, Vicentin Exportaciones issued class A fixed rate debt securities to the tune of $50,000,000. The Argentine company also issued class b fixed rate debt securities of $70,000,000 and subordinated fixed rate debt securities of $15,000,000. TMF Trust Company worked on the deal as the trustee of Vicentin.


Vicentin is an Argentinean that works in the agronomy field, by manufacturing and exporting cereals, oilseeds, cotton, biodiesels, concentrated juice, agrochemicals, feed lots and wines.


The Argentine Securities Commission (Comision Nacional de Valores, in Spanish) authorized the transaction for public offering and it is currently available at the Buenos Aires Stock Exchange and the Mercado Abierto Electronico S.A. (Electronic Open Market).


Banco Itau Argentina S.A. established the trust, which was created under the Vicentin Exportaciones global program. Vicentin S.A.I.C. is the settlor of the trust.


Nicholson & Cano Abogados worked assisting the settlor in the transaction, with a team consisting of Mario Kenny and Juan Martin Ferreiro.


Marval, O’Farrel & Mairal worked advising the trustee and also worked as arrangers and the underwriters, using Roberto E. Silva and Martin I. Lanus in the operation.
