Reymond & Cia Bolsters Public Litigation Area

Reymond & Cia has announced the appointment of Juan Carlos Flores Rivas, strengthening the public litigation area.

Mr. Flores specializes in administrative law. He has focused his practice on the preparation of presentations before different administrative bodies and justice courts, reports in law and legal opinion in public law, among others.

He is a professor of administrative law and director of the diploma in administrative contracts, tender, execution and extinction at Universidad de los Andes.

He has published several articles related to administrative law and has also participated in seminars and courses on construction contract, and infrastructure and public works concessions. He holds a master’s degree in public law and a PhD in law from Universidad de los Andes.
