Ex Deputy of the Republic of Chile Returns to Abdala & Cia as Partner

Abdala & Cía, Chilean associated law firm of Díaz Reus, has announced that Fuad Eduardo Chahín Valenzuela is rejoining the firm as, partner.

Mr. Chahín specializes in the defense of consumer rights, regulatory and corporate law. Prior to this appointment, he held the position of deputy of the Republic of Chile for the past eight years, having chaired the “Constitution Legislation and Justice” commissions, “Social Development and Overcoming Poverty” and “Economy”.

He graduated from University of Chile, in legal and social sciences. He has also worked at the Consumers’ Association and has been a legislative advisor in the ministries of Justice and Mining.
